Amongst the excellent shopping centers of the Bal Harbor area, its splendid beaches, and magnificent golf courses, we can find real jewels for us foodies: the restaurants. Within its great culinary endeavors, for me The Grill has always stood out; I’m in love with its excellence and constant exquisiteness.
The Grill at Bal Harbor is the perfect combination of exceptional American food and a chic, modern atmosphere.This new addition to the collection of hotels conceived and designed by Hillstone Restaurant Group occupies a new space in Bal Harbor Shops, where the restaurant would seem to float on Collins Avenue. It offers a typical view of Miami: thin palm trees, blue sky and a parade of people.
The Grill continues the tradition of Hillstone's other restaurants by including museum-level artwork that gives the warm, modern ambience a touch of elegance. We can not visit the City of Bal Harbor without coming to enjoy an outstanding meal at The Grill.
From its striking open kitchen come classic American dishes with a touch difficult to define, which makes every bite a sublime culinary experience.
Among the best on the menu are Tuna Tartare, Grill's Cheeseburger and a selection of USDA Prime steaks. My favorite dish was the Thai Salad and Noodles, a real burst of flavors.
In addition to a beautiful bar-island inside the main part of the restaurant, The Grill has an outdoor bar and a lounge patio where we can relax with the sound of its small fountains. We cannot visit the City of Bal Harbor without coming to enjoy an outstanding meal at The Grill.
